i want to change the foglights on my 330. i was thinking of a nice blue or something close to resemble the HIDs that i have. plus they look nice with the black paint. anything is better than the ugly orange color that shines now. is it a hard procedure and what bulbs do you guys recommend me using?
I don't think it's hard to change out the bulb, but just consult w/ your owner's manual & maybe even your dealership as far as what types of bulbs to use. Good luck! Hey, at least our 330's fogs aren't that nasty yellow that was on my iS!?!
i have the same qustion in mind....
i was actually looking at the silverstar from sylvania... they oem for many auto manufacturer http://www.sylvania.com/auto/silverstar.htm
about $25 per bulb..... but they don't seem like that have the right wattage yet.
i was tempted to try it but the place said no return.
other brand i will go for is probably PIAA.
i did change the 5w bulb next to the HID. not exactly the same but better than the ugly yellow
what wattage was the bulbs? was it hard to replace? that sounds like a cool color that will compliment the HIDs. i hate those regular bulbs. thanks for the input!
sorry, its not made by polarg as i stated above, i was thinking of the turn signal bulbs..its actually made by hiper industries-----9006 super plazma xenon bulbs made in japan. i got them from ebay for like $7.00 plus $5.00 shipping usps priority mail. for $12.00 to $13.00, these are a real deal that can last up to a year.
