I own a 2006 Rx 330 with 198k miles on the odometer
any time I switch on the ac and the ac is set to blow to the face only it blows under the dashboard ( on the legs ) and on the face which is not supposed to be happening
what do you think can be done to fix this problem

Search for “blend door actuator” and you will be able to figure out which one of yours has failed. There are several which control air flow L/R, up/down. They are small servo motors about the size of the proverbial cigarette pack, and they fail periodically.
