Solution (possible) for Missing Juddering on acceleration
My 2008 RX400h was juddering and missing on acceleration at low speed especially.
I tried loosening the Petrol cap slightly to allow a little air in and prevent a vacuum forming. As it was sucking air when I went to refill it.
It worked for me. I hope it works for you. Give this post a nod (or thumbs up, or whatever it is) if it worked.
