Default RX350, steering wheel electronics

Had my transmission replaced in my 2009 RX350, ouch. Now my steering wheel electronics no longer work, Horn, Cruise Control , Radio adjustments and Air Bag warning light stays on. Looks like all fuses are ok,
Steering wheel, when turned , makes a scraping noise. Any ideas? Thanks

They broke your clockspring. When the engine cradle is dropped as well as the steering rack, it's crucial for anyone doing the work to keep the steering wheel free of excessive movement with a steering wheel lock or even a seat belt. If this step is skipped the clockspring can be turned too far past its limit and destroyed.
