Default Tranny failure? Advice

While on highway truck started slipping and not picking up speed. Pulled over had no drive gears or reverse. Truck now is whining on cold start and does shift into reverse and drive, once at temp whining noise stops and truck stops going into gear. Pulled codes from truck pertaining to shift solenoid b and d , fluid is full but had not being flushed since my ownership. Not sure if it’s worth getting transmission looked at has 192k miles

It's worth spending around $100 to find out if the transmission can be revived. Some shops will even drop the pan and give you the news for free.

Don't put the conclusion before listing your choices and consequences.

You might end up with a choice that was not your first reaction.

Example 5K to fixup something with a sweet value after repair of 4K. Does not seem very logical but you might want to invest 1K in something that is a known entity,
