Default Advise on Engine Mounts

My RX300 has the classic symptoms of failed engine mounts. Vibration at idle etc.

I know I installed aftermarket mounts a while back because OE was very expensive.

Any advise on two questions:
  1. What would be a good quality engine mount and where to buy it
  2. Which of the mounts is the most prone to failure. Maybe I will try replacing that first.

Everything but OEM is junk no way around it.

Torque strut usually goes first (RH side by strut tower) after that not sure there is any mount failure prone. Oil contamination from engine leaks greatly speeds up their failure.

Please make sure you observe a break in the rubber or see the engine shift as you engage a drive gear.

If you followed hunch(es), you may have traded down in quality.

Default Motor Mounts

I bought Lexus RX300AWD (OEM Toyota) rear, tranny, front shock damper, and dogbone off Ebay that shipped from UAE via DHL. Remarkable arrival time. All in Toyota packaging. Price was excellent. 2 days later left Dubai, landed in Germany same day. Next day in Chicago. Here in 4 days. Impressive.
Front vacuum mount was expensive, but came from Bell's Toyota/Lexus in Arizona. They are dependable for OEM Lexus parts. Big fan of OEM parts for most things.
Wish I could find a new U140f trans internal solenoid wiring harness...backordered...or discontinued? That's the only part I've been unable to source for my 2002 trans replacement project.
