Repair Manual CD @ Rock Auto
Just wanted to let everyone know that you can get a good scanned copy of the factory service manuals on optical disc at Rock Auto for $20.79.
Of course, I came to this realization after I broke down and bought hardcopy on of the Service and Electrical manuls on Ebay for 8x the price, but there you go.
RX 300 Service Manual @ Rock Auto
This includes the Repair Manual (Engine + Chassis + Body), the Body Repair Manual, the Wiring Diagrams, and the U140F Transaxle Manual.

For the Disk info:
The forward of the service manual lists "Applicable models:" as MCU15 (AWD Chassis), copyright is 2000
The footer of any given section reads Lexus RX300 (RM785E).
Tranny reads U140F AX (RM848E) (AWD Tranny), copyright 2000.
Wiring Diagram indicates its good for RX350/RX330/RX300, but also says MCU15, and copyright 2000.
It also has indexes in multiple languages, so maybe same chassis number different model names in different markets?
Interestingly I don't see a part number for the manual anywhere.
Body manual is MCU15, copyright 1998, lists RX350/330/300, also no PN for the manual.
The hardcopy I picked up is a different number, RM714U1 &2.
It specifically says 2000 on the cover, with a copyright of 1999, applicable models include MCU10 and MCU15.
The wiring diagram is English only, again for both chassis, and EWD395U.
Looks like the CD includes all the sections from both hard copy volumes, plus the other volumes.
I'd say the CD's not bad for $20, regardless of what year/version you've got.
