Default Radiator replacement

Looks like I need to replace the radiator on my 1999 RX300 with 260K. RockAuto lists several possibilities; I'm inclined to go with the TYC. Any better ideas?

Man, I dread the day when I have to replace the rad on my 99RX. My Haynes manual says you have to uncharge the A/C condenser and pull it out to get to the rad. I also saw a thread on this site that said it's possible to do without removing the condenser or discharging the refrigerant. At any rate, it looks to be a bear of a job. I've already replaced the rad on my 02 Toy HL, got a Denso from RockAuto. I was surprised to see no Densos were offered for the Lex. Anyway, because of the labor involved, I would probably go the OEM route, even though it's more expensive. I guess it depends on how long you're going to keep the car. Me, I plan to drive the RX 'til I croak. I just ordered a new driver's door latch assembly from a Lexus supplier in Florida, they were the cheapest I could find. My local dealer wanted $748 for the part, I got it for right at $300. They had it to me in 3 days.
Anyway here's the link and the radiator: https://www.discountpartsmonster.com...iator-assembly. Good luck, and I hope you take pics!

Hmmm. That makes me wonder what a dealer would quote for labor hours for this job- can prob save some big $$$ on DIY.

This guy sneaks it out but barely but it's tight.

Thanks, Margate...Jeeze, I could not believe how dirty that engine bay was...kudos to the guy who did the work. It was funny, too, as he started the video by saying how easy it was going to be, but continued to change his tune as he dove into the project. Just look at the battle scars on his arms at the end of the video! We should have a thread where people post pics of pristine engine bays.

Along with radiator replacement .... the packing (looks like sponge foam) may need replacement. It was one of the things that with age deteriorated and I am sure if I was to remove the radiator, it would need replacement. If there is a alternative, please post for the benefit of members who may have to tackle this job.

When I replaced the rad on my '02 Highlander, I used strips of the Harbor Freight interlocking foam floor mats that were left over when I did a portion of my shop. I superglued two thin..about 1inch wide...strips together, and when I mounted the rad back in place the strips were held very tightly and nicely.
