Oil filter question ?
So Wallyworld is now carrying Toyota / Lexus oil filters.
For my previous oil change I used the K&N #2009 filter based on a DIY thread from ClubLexus.
Worked fine but pricing is high. So question is can I use the #90915 yzzd3 rather than the smaller #90915 yzzd1 ???
price is the same and would prefer the larger filter......

Is there a problem with OEM filter? Not that I know of!
I have always stayed with the OEM filter .. which I usually buy at each change interval from my local dealer. That has been my way of keeping track of recommended service as well as logged wit Lexus. [Not sure if it provided any guarantee, but the vehicle was bullet proof].
Larger filter may give you more difficulty in installation and removal.
