Default Persistent CEL 171 - need help

1999 RX300, 260K miles. Recently threw a 171. Replaced the firewall side O2 sensor with Denso 234-9009. Cleaned the intake duct MAF sensor with appropriate CRC cleaner. New gas cap. Code persists, suggesting a vacuum leak. Removed the shroud that covers the top of the engine and inspected flexible lines but found no evidence of a leak. Help! What do I do next?

In my case a MAF sensor change fixed it
