Default 2000 lexus rx 300 transmission problems

The original transmission went bad so I dropped everything and installed a junk yard one. Everything looked good fluid was clean magnets had a lil stuff on them but nothing big. I put fluid in it what it called for on a dry system start the vehicle pull the stick its over full because its not pumping threw the system i pulled the lines and started it up no fluid coming from. The lines andine happen to know anything before I tear it back apart

Worst case the pump was crushed due to improper installation of the torque converter. Did you use the bell housing bolts to force the transmission into the engine? If the TQ is not lined up correctly this will destroy the pump.
