Blue Smoke after Knock Sensor R/R
Replaced knock sensors, bypass hose and harness in my 2000 RX300 and am now getting excessive blue smoke pouring out of the tailpipe 2 days after getting everything back together.
I also replaced the plugs, PVC valve and the front valve cover gasket. I used Beck Arnley gaskets if that's any help.
Damn I'm gonna hate tearing this down again if I have to .......
Anyone have suggestions on what this might be ?

The sensors just bolt into the block, so they should not be the reason.
I would check the plumbing again. At least one member connected the coolant to the vacuum line. But that should not give you blue smoke.
Maybe some cleaner got into the intake? or a gasket did not sit right causing an oil passage to the cylinder.
