Fuel door anybody?!
My fuel door stopped working... Like you pull on the lever, it doesn't open... I had my friend open it for me today by hand. The lever works, but I guess the spring stopped working or something. Anybody?
And my check engine light came on, I'm wondering if it's fuel door/tank related issue...
thanks guys! O BTW, this is my first post here :-)

Most probably the fuel cap is not seated properly (ensure it is not cross threaded and twist some more to hear clicks). The cap if inserted wrong, sticks out far enough to interfere with the gas lid/door operation.
One of the reasons for check engine light is, gas cap not sealing the gas tank. Once the cap is put on properly, you have to drive a bit to clear the warning light.

Thanks! I will check on that ASAP... I always turn it to the point it clicks a couple of times though... but all of a sudden it just kind of stopped working...
Anybody know where to get cheaper floormats for the 300? I'm planning on getting the 330 in an year or two so I don't wanna spend more money on the 300... Thanks.

Lead Lap
On my old Accord the clip that closes and pops when release lever is pulled could be adjusted.
Could be that the clip isn't creating enough pressure, hence when you pull lever, the door isn't flipping open. Try adjusting clip if possible.
Most common problem causing check engine light is poorly sealing gas cap..
Remove gas cap (with car NOT running) and clean it and re-install.
See if that helps
