Has anyone installed a Lexus navigation into a 2000 RX300? If not, does anyone know if it can even be done? If so, what's involved?

I know it can be done, at least on a Toyota Harrier. I have a friend from Taiwan, a diplomat, who brought his Harrier to Mexico. It is a 1998 (remember they had them there before here). It looks almost exactly like me 1999, but his has a factory GPS, which of course does not work here.
