Default ABS Problem

2002 AWD 272,000 miles, original owner.
A few weeks ago, I got what felt like a shudder at very slow speed; less than 5 MPH or so. It happened a few times but only at that very slow, creeping along speed. I initially thought something mechanical with the drivetrain, but at higher speeds everything feels fine. So then on one of these instances, I notice the ABS light flashing. I also noticed the car is dragging like the brakes are partially engaged. So now I am comfortable with the assessment that this is not a mechanical problem with the drivetrain. After a drive, I put my hand in front of each wheel and felt that the right rear wheel is much hotter than the other three. So the caliper on that wheel is not releasing. I know its hard to place noises when you are driving but that is also where the ABS pulse feels like it's coming from. It may be pulsing all the wheels but that is the only one that is not releasing. I have had to replace one or two ABS sensors on this car in the past, I'd have to check my records to see which ones. I only have a basic scan tool so it does not diagnose ABS issues. I need to take this car on a 900 mile trip in the next week or two. Does anyone know how I can get the caliper to release? I disconnected the battery to clear the computer and the drag disappeared so it seems that released the caliper. But once I slowed the car down, the pulsing came back and the drag on the right rear caliper came back as well. I am thinking there must be a way to temporarily disable the ABS system, maybe removing a fuse or ABS relay? Does anyone know or have any suggestions??
Thanks!!!

So perfect, that took care of the ABS issue for now....thanks. Now it seems I have a sticky caliper that I need to replace. I only got 4 years and 40,000 miles out of these aftermarket calipers.
