You dont have fuel delivery.
Your injectors are working since it runs when you inject fuel to it.

Most likely its your fuel pump that gave out.
I just replaced mine a month ago.

Check for power and ground at the fuel pump connector.

There is connector that connects the pipe fixed on the chassis to engine block. It is located roughly below the brake booster. You can trace the pipe from the fuel rail feeding injectors. The connector is covered by a U shaped plastic and the connector can be operated by a 1/4 or 1/2 twist. Check up the knock sensor DIY for more details.

You can monitor fuel delivery by exercising due caution ... no open flame or hot objects around.

i dont believe they will, they are essentially little coils and will have power going to them when the injector driver on the ecu sends a pulse. You can test by renting a noid light set at autozone. Plug into the injector harness and they will flash if the the ecu is sending a pulse. https://www.autozone.com/test-scan-a...ter/948078_0_0
