possible vvt solenoid... since you have fresh packs and plugs ....assuming all AF sensors are new
also keep in in mind original codes could be fuel issues, although more related to AF sensors. you may want to run a bottle of injector cleaner, it won't hurt anything and only cost $5
In the meantime, I disconnected the electrical connector, cleaned both sides off with brake cleaner, blew both sides out with compressed air, and reconnected. I cleared the code with my Actron OBDII code reader and have been driving all afternoon without any more check engine lights/codes.

Codes show up only after certain drive conditions have been met since last code clear. This ensures that the code only throws under conditions that truly represent when the car expects good values.
So even though it doesn’t throw a code immediately, the code may still come back.
I am getting code P1150 (A/F RATIO SENSOR BANK 2 SENSOR 1) on my 2000 Lexus RX300 with 55,000 miles.
I have researched the part number, and I see 2 different part numbers for the sensor:
Denso 234-9009 - Oxygen Sensor
Denso 234-9007 - Air Fuel Ratio Sensor
Which one is correct?
TIA,

The code won’t show up right away. Hopefully, the cleaning works for you though. Drive around for a bit then check for pending codes on your scanner.
the right os2 sensor is the 9009 for the bank 2 sensor 1 which is in the front of the engine is relatively easy to replace unless you strip the threads like I did.
