So, a few weeks ago I suddenly got a check engine light, then I noticed one of my headlight bulbs was out. So i went to the parts store and bought new bulbs and had the code scanned. Said it was P1150. I went home and put in the new bulbs and the check engine light went away.
A week later, check engine light came back on, same code. everything ells was fine. Next day, CE light went away. Just decided to plug in my cheap code reader and here are some of the readings. What do you guys think?
Should I go ahead and replace the sensor?

Reason: add
9 times out of 10 its just the 02 sensor. (In this case Bank 2 Sensor 1) which is the upstream before cat. Especially since the code is intermittent and on one bank. This suggests an internal failure. If you had a real fuel or vacuum issue, most likely both banks would be affected and you'd feel a run-ability issue. Its also not a wiring issue because the code wouldn't be intermittent. I'd say a bad sensor is almost definite in this case.

Well, the car does run kinda weird. It idles really high when cold, 1500rpm or more. And when it fully warms up, rpms drop to about 500 and the car is real rough and vibrates everything
I've changed alot trying to fix it. Maybe this is It?
That sounds more like dirty throttle issues. Clean them out and disconnect the battery. Hold the terminals to together for 30 seconds then reconnect to clear learned values and reset idle. Toyota's are very difficult to make idle right if you dont reset it this way. You should also replace that sensor.

I've done that a few times, changed the TPS, IAC, spark plugs, seafoam many times, cleaned the oil and PCV system out, tranny fluid and filter. many things.
Also, when I am crusing at lets say, 40mph, and let my foot off the gas, the RPM's drop down and bounce back up, i can just tap the gas and they will drop down and up like that, I noticed, if I turn my headlights on, it makes it worse. But at the same time, it fixes my idle issues. its always done this and nothing Ive done has changed it.
