Default air conditionig trouble

Hi Guys,
this is Eduardo (edupim) from Brazil.
After read all posts about rpm sensor in de compressor i have a question.
I replaced my original compressor with one that has no rpm sensor and work very well, but I have to turn off and turn on each 7 seconds. Can I connect a 4V voltage to the direct terminal (which goes to the control panel) to prevent the air conditioner from turning off after the internal panel is turned on?
best regars, thanks in advanced

First, I would say nothing is added by the manufacturer without any reason.

If you alter it then you really need to think about all the consequences.

Since I have not studies all the consequences, I am guessing that the enable (4v) signals is disengages the compressor during start. Most likely the enable is de-energized in certain trouble conditions as well as driving needs.

To disable the AC during start only ... You can ask some one to build a 4 sec delay timer from start. 555 timer chip is commonly used as a timer and you can add a relay to it.

Maybe an auto electrician can use the existing signal from the harness and add a relay which you can then supply 4v when on.

Salim
Note: It is necessary for you to check and make sure that nothing goes wrong if you follow my advise as stated above.

Hi Salimshah,Thank you opinion e your time.
You are totaly right,
but i ve payed to "expert" in air condition and after 44 days he renurned my lovely car, with a wrong compressor installed and saying that i have a problem in my internal panel.
he told that the "pressure switch" was not working, and after charging me US$700 returned the car. Now a have a a "hot potatoe" in hand.
and more my original compressor was gonne.
that is my fate.

Speed sensor in Toyota/Lexus a/c compressor, this sensor is used to check if the compressor is turning if the compressor is damaged ECU will turn off clutch. The AC speed sensor is otherwise called as a lock-up sensor.
