Codes wont reset
I replaced the Oxygen sensor on my 2003 RX300 and after resetting the code and driving the car for more than 100 miles took my car to inspect and it did not pass the test due to the codes not resetting.
The codes are supposed to reset after driving the cat for 50-70 miles.
Can anyone tell me what could be wrong before I take the car to the Lexus dealer and pay $165.00 for a diagnostic?
Thanks.

It's not clear what you mean by "won't reset".
If you cleared the codes and it came back there is still a problem.
If you cleared the codes but you haven't reached ready state for all emissions monitors yet that's normal. There are multiple conditions that must be met before this happens. It's not just distance driven.

I think they needed to see at least 3 monitors running.
I suggest drive it more for a couple of days then have it tested.

After reset, the reader shows "not ready",
It would take driving at high speed (not breaking any speed limit) so that torque convertor locks up.
It also meeds number of starts and shutoff.
The engine temp must rise to operating temperature to be recognized as a run.
Typically you can get there in a week of normal driving.

barbaro1,
check this post for how to reset the evap readiness for our RX300's. I used it to reset my readiness after triggering codes and then fixing the issue.

It is method #6 in the attachment. Actually doesn't require any driving. You should have an OBD2 reader that can tell you if you are ready.
I use a bluetooth reader like this and the torque app on my android. There are similar apps for iphone.
