Default Unlock door/windows move down?

The vehicle was being unlocked from the outside with the button on the fob, It would not work, pushed the button a few times and the windows all
dropped down an inch.

This happened the same day that an old code showed up after a repair, and put the vehicle into limp mode. I had the Bank 2 (cyl 2,4,6) cylander misfire error one month ago. I changed the Bank 2 solenoid, the PVC ,cleared the error, and have not seen it again until today. I also have a Lean fuel mixture code in Bank 1. I have cleaned the MAF sensor a few times, and the the code comes back. I am awaiting a parts deleivery of both upstream A/F sensors because I have no resistance in the Bank 2 sensor when I test it. I was hoping this will take care of the P1155, (A/F circuit heater malfunction ) code I also have.

Some background info. It has 190 000km I purchased it 3 months ago. I was made aware from the used car dealer before purchasing, that it had been speculated the ECU was failing. It was sent away for repairs. Some repairs were made. I do not have information as to what. The repair person told the mechanic to try it and see if it works. If not he would not accept payment. The dealer drove it for a month, no issues came up, The vehicle was in incredible shape, gently used, so I bought it. I drove it for 2 more months before codes started popping.

Am I chasing legit codes? Or should I start trying to determine if ECU really is flakey? The windows dropping when trying to unlock the door is a new one for me. From what I understand it’s not the ECU that controlls windows anyway. A ground issue?

Thanks for reading this ramble. I’d appreciate any insight.

All normal issues i see especially at 190k (Miles or Km?)..! Naysss.!
Since you have A/F sensors on the way, put those in and that would likely clear some headache.
Make sure they are Toyota OEM or Denso parts.
If not, it will be a crap shoot if they work or be a paper weight.
As for the ECM going bad on these, highly unlikely.
Possible but unlikely.

KM sorry. I was just editing that while you replied Do you think an a/f sensor can affect cylinder misfire? Thanks for your input.

A bad AF will not affect 1 single cylinder.
I would affect the bank thats in on.(Overly LEAN)
It also depends how "faulty" the AF is.
If the ECU can still compensate, then i'm 99.9%, it will not throw a misfire. Lol

At 190K you are close to timing belt change. If it was done recently, the cam for bank 1 could be off.

From my perspective ECMs are bulletproof till some one tampers with it.

If you hold down the unlock button on the keyfob for a few seconds the windows will all go down to let you vent the car before you get in.

Random misfire codes 100% can accompany a bad A/F sensor and even show up on the opposite bank. Replace the A/F sensors before even thinking about the misfires.

Wow man. Thanks. I have never heard of that. So glad to hear it’s not a glitch.

It's in the manual here, not real specific because there are different settings: https://drivers.lexus.com/t3Portal/d...02U_edited.pdf

OP's first sentence became forgotten with all the technical dialog that followed...
Normal operation of the key fob includes pressing the Unlock button once to unlock
the driver's only door, twice to unlock all doors or press/hold the unlock button to roll
down/open all windows and the sunroof. Related feature is to put the key blade in
the driver's door lock cylinder and turn/hold counter clock wise...rolls up/closes all
windows and the sunroof!
