Default Everything has power but won't work

So I have a issue that no has really heard of with i believe my (body control system) here is a list of things that wont function and yes they all have been properly tested as far as everything has power and there isn't a break or bad ground nor are any of my relays bad.
1. All windows are auto windows and work only when using the key to raise or lower them. No control panel functionality, yet the control panel for the sun roof does open and close via controls.
2. Front windshield wipers work rear does not.
3.HUD - the radio works just fine, the clock works, the info does not, climate control does not work but if you touch the buttons you can hear it try and work.
4. Pwr, ext, snow variable switch does not show a dash light when you engage it but you feel the motor and hear the relay click.
5. cruise control light comes on but wont function.
6. Automatic headlight system doesn't work yet all bulbs and power are available and working.
7. Blinkers are working but not from the signal lever only with hazard lights clicked on.
8. Back up light indicator on dash is on and back up lights don't come on yet all bulbs are fine.
8. Automatic seat adjustment preset doesn't work.
9. Side mirror controls don't work.

once again I have chased wires replaced the whole HUD unit I have no codes thrown nor do I have any issues communicating with the computer.

please help me out

Try disconnecting the battery for about 20 mins.

While you are waiting pull each fuse out and check for continuity and then reinsert. Move to the next fuse.
[Both fuse panels .. one by the driver knee and one in the engine compartment].
