1999 RX 300. I broke the ash tray cover in the center console -- see pic. Hoping I can replace the part (or glue) without tearing the whole console out. I would be easy of I could either remove the top drawer; or take the ashtray assembly off without tearing everything apart.

I almost have the ashtray assembly out but there are two screws below that are hard to access.

I also have the top off so I can access the drawer slide but it doesn't quite come out.

Hoping someone has experience. Thank you in advance.....
