Second opinion sorted on wheel fitment.
I have found a set of second hand Rays wheels 5 x 114.3 8 inch wide 2x +18 and 2x +37 offset.
Wanting to run the +18 on the rear and +37 on the front.
I believe I will be able to use 255 55 r18 all round of not will stick to 235 55 r18.
Is this an ideal choice seems to me to perhaps work?
I realise I will need new nuts which is the the most trusted brand of nuts?
A quick response would be appreciated as don't think these will last long so want to jump in but be making right decision.
Rear at + 18 with 235/55/r18 i think it will allow wide tire but the front might hinder this.Inner Clearance:
Original 16 inch 6.5 inches 35 mm.
Present 17 inch 6.5 inches 35 mm.
New 18 inch 8.0 inches 18 mm.
Inner Clearance:
2.05mm less
Outer Position:
extend by 36.05mm
Diameter difference:
0.33" (1.16%)
Front at + 37 so much less clearance than rear as whet we usually all look at due to the shocks.
Original 16 inch 6.5 inches 35 mm.
Present 17 inch 6.5 inches 35 mm.
New 18 inch 8.0 inches 37 mm.
Inner Clearance:
21.05mm less
Outer Position:
extend by 17.05mm
Diameter difference:
0.33" (1.16%)
So what do you think of this fitment. I am limited to this for registration the maximum i can fit without expensive safety checks (engineered) is is 18 inch so looking for my best fitment. Otherwise I will keep looking for 18 inch rx350 wheels with 35 all round offset.
Experts eg lexmex salim chime in please.

Total change of mind just ordered hyper black 19 inch F Sport style (+35) 2-3 weeks delivery my limitations were 25mm wider and 8% diam increase overall which allows 235/55/r19 being a 7.5 inch wheel.
