Default Need RX 300 master key

I have a 2000 RX 300. I don't have a master key - i'm driving it with the valet key. I know i'll need a ECM - what's the best solution? I'm looking at Spare Car Keys.com as an option. Any experience with them or suggestions?

Thanks

You might be able to get new one from the dealership cut and program for $220.

At $135 a cut, I would go to your Lexus dealership and get a quote first. programming is about $60 so in the end you're not really saving much. Plus if the new key doesn't fit in well, you'll have to get a new key re-cut again.

Welcome to Club Lexus.

Pease read the sticky threads and he search feature. It seems you already understand the problem that a master is needed to duplicate or get a new ecu-with key and then change all the cylinders. Please confirm with the dealer as at some point Lexus made the change and the master key is not required to register new keys.
