Default can't get power steering belt back on

I have the bolt in the slotted bracket loose and also the one just above it. Any tricks for getting the belt on? Screwdriver method not working.
I was thinking about cranking the motor, does the pulley turn counterclockwise? Belt is 347K4.

5 min later. Got it. ..
20 min later. Now belt is too loose! Use a prybar? where do you stick it?.
20 min later. Strangulation knot got it tighter. Still easy to turn 90 deg but may be okay.. I hope.

There is an offset tool (SST).

Thanks. I don't hear squeaking so that's good. As far as the alternator belt adjusting screw goes, I recommend the method I saw here bu "assfault"where you remove the plastic from the top pf the radiator and poke a foot of extensions through there, to the side of the A//C tube and on to the adjusting bolt. I used 1/4 inch and tightened up in just a few minutes what took 300 rachet pulls to loosen..

Somewhere around the time I replaced the belt the car started randomly pulling. Especially on acceleration. Could a loose belt cause that?
