2000 Lexus RX300 Console will not open

2000 Lexus RX300 Console will not open

Pushing the button does not open the console.Button goes in, but nothing happens.
I have keys, etc. that I need to get to!

Welcome, Kathy! The console between the seats? Which drawer is giving you the trouble, or is it the hinged lid over the cupholders?

It's the top drawer, just to the rear of the ashtray, not the hinged lid over the cupholders.

It's fixed. Stopped by Lexus & the service scheduler just pulled up on the console, from between the top part & the lower drawer, I think. May have been the whole console.
