hello i got lexus rx300 year 2002 and week ago engine light came on whith vcs light, i manage to plug in the diagnostic machine and the code 1351 came on so i change the ocv sensors and clean the filters, and clean the fault but after i drive for about 10 miles the lights came again, please need help anyone outhere

Welcome to Club Lexus.
Cleaning helps if that was the issue, but the OCV can be faulty too. In fact any code that you get is an indication that some thing is not working the chain of things the code is responding to.
When you cleaned the screens, was there a blockage? Did you bench test the OCV?

Thich oil can hamper the ocv function. Try changing to mobil 1 5w30 and add 1/2 qt of MMO. Marvel mystery oil. It cleans the internals safely.
when you say you changed the valves, did you use oem toyota parts or the chinese knock offs? I tried the aftermarket valves and in 20 miles, it threw a code. I had to go buy new Toyota OCVs off ebay. Got lucky and found a set of two for $70
