Every vehicle has the vacuum piping diagram affixed in the engine compartment.
Next time I look under the hood, I will update the exact location.
Update ... Right next to the battery on the radiator side is a small fuse box [short of the radiator cap]. Now look directly above on the inside of the hood. Thats where the diagram you seek [at least for '99 model].

When you open your hook look up at the inside of the hood, on my wife's 2000 it's located right above on a sticker... If you need it I can take a picture next time I am out
Hose #*, #3 and #4 all go to the dynamic engine mount, located on the frame left of the exhaust manifold/ front cat. It's not all that helpful due to the hoses not being labeled.
