01 transmission problems

01 transmission problems
Hey guys,
This is my first post, and I'm looking for help. I have an 01 rx 300 2wd that won't drive.
The first sign of problems was the loud whining noise for several days. Then followed by a limp home last week, where 2-3 was jumping to third, and then 4th didn't ever feel like it engaged.
The rpms started jumping up and down as it was trying to get to 4th but never got over 40 mph.
Ran codes as soon as I got home and pulled up p 1130, p0770 , p065. I let the car sit for a little bit and cool down, cleared the codes and took it back out to see if it would trigger the same codes. The same problem occurred w/ 2 to 3 rd gear, and never getting to 4th, but the cel never came back on. Instead the car decided it didn't want to go into any gear and wouldn't drive at all. No reverse or any forward gears. Towed it home, and couldn't pull any codes. Started the car the next day and it went into drive, but never would catch. Didn't even make it to 10mph.
I've dropped the transmission pan and there is no metal shaving. Is there any way to test the solenoid a to see if they are working, without towing it to a shop? Is there any other problems that might cause it to not drive at all? I'm not really sure what to do next.

Did you clean or replace the transmission filter.? Also there are two speed sensors located on the outside of the transmission, maybe they are contaminated. The P1130 is a bad or possibly bad bank 1 sensor 1. (Air/fuel sensor) not the oxygen sensor down stream.
