It's actually quite easy with this tool..... takes less than 7 clicks and the SRS code is erased.
The tool allows SRS reset for most Lexus and Toyota vehicles... as well as some GM/Ford/Chrysler/Honda
$149 each, Link to Amazon.com: INNOVA 3150 Diagnostic Code Reader with ABS/SRS for OBD2 Vehicles: Automotive
It's also available at my local Walmart store, but with sales tax.

My INNOVA 3150b arrived today! Unpacked the unit after reviewing the manual for SRS Trouble codes. Plugged the unit in my RX300 DLC connector and turned the Ignition Key ON. The Diagnostic
1) Selected Toyota/Lexus from Menu and then the SRS system. .
2) Tool reported "Code B0113 Short in Side Squib (RH) Circuit (to +B)".
3) Pressed Erase Code and the Unit reported successful Clearing of SRS Flashing light. Wallah !!
Turn the Ignition key OFF and started the MY CAR. The Airbag Light was steady for about 6 seconds and then it turned OFF. Success!!
Anyone with Toyota/Lexus should buy "INNOVA 3150b" to clear the Code after repair of Airbag problems.
The dealer quoted me $173.00 charge the dealer quoted me to diagnose my SRS Flashing Airbag. The unit cost me $100.00. INNOVA 3150b saved me $730.00 and I own the tool for future trouble shooting.

Get an INNOVA 3150b scanner on eBay. You'll save $50.00 on the purchase with free shipping. May pay tax on the $100.00 purchase. I bought one in 2018 and worked for me then. Good Luck and Health, EJ Dossary, EE

The code will be erased and cleared only if the problem with Airbag System has no more problems. Otherwise, the code will be displayed again and again
until the problem is fixed not matter how many time the scanner resets the Code. Best of Luck and Health, EJ Dossary, EE

SRS Airbag Flashing
Hi!
I posted this question 4 months ago. The light went away after the code was cleared.
Exactly 4 months later, the SRS light came on again yesterday. This time, I have a scanner and I cleared the code again. The light went away and has been away for 24 hours.
I sure hope the light doesn't come back. However, I am curious as to what made it come back after exactly 4 months.

It appears that your case of SRS alarm is an "intermittent" classic case of connection problem. That could be a short connector or open contact at the sensor. If you had fixed the problem, that is great. Otherwise, Clean the contact with contact cleaner and spray it with WD40.
Good Luck !
