but not sure which one is good to buy??

Scottie, use the search function on this site....
...to find a bunch of threads on comparissons bwt these models, just go to the bottom of the RX forum page and type in one of the models such as 320 or BMW or FX35, etc [note: you have to use 3 letters or more]. You will be able to find many comments that may help you. Then you can ask further questions in that thread.

ok heres what i think, random thoughts. Lexus/toyota has superior reliablitly. realy well made with no major problems.
ive owned 2 RX's 1999 and 2002 and loved them.
my gf's mom owns a 2002 bmw 3.3 sport edition. pretty nice, couple of features inside that the 02 rx's doesnt have.
but i feel the new rx330 has some realy awesome features that outbeats the bmw.
go with the new rx330
