2003 rx 300 has a strange electrical problem, battery died and was changed out, alternator tested good. now the a/c doesn't work, door locks don't work, drivers window works but none of the others do. could this be a fuse or relay somewhere causing the problem?

 

For strange problems, disconnect battery for about 10-20minutes.

If you did not loose your seat and radio settings, then you need to disconnect for longer time.

If yes, then you can try again and if it fails, then serious diagnosis is required.

Keep in mind loosing one touch up and down on windows is expected, when you disconnect the battery. Also there is self diagnosis for A/c ... (please search)

Did any one cross the terminals ... + to - and neg to positive? If yes, have the main fuse box (next to the battery) checked out.
