Default Possible tranny destruction???

Today my 02' RX300 starting acting like the transmission wanted to slip. Just at low speeds......almost like it wasn't catching second gear. then about 15 miles later the check engine light came on then two seconds later the trac off and VSC lights came on as well. I quickly pulled into an autozone to pull the codes. It pulled 11 of te same code.....P0755 shift solenoid B. As I left autozone i started the car and the Check Engine Light came on again......however the other two did not come on until I backed out and started forward a few yards. Is the solenoid B something I can replace myself? Once it is replaced will the VSC and trac off go away. Is my tranny toast? The O/D off and on button work fine. As a matter of fact when I turn the O/D off, it drives closer to normal.

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated........or if you have any pics of where the solenoid B is located.
