i put a new belt on it, i marked the belt and pulleys and then marked the new belt so i knew for sure it was 100% correct. and also checked the 3 timing marks and they were 100% on the money

I agree with Hyper. Not judging but it wouldn't be the 1st. time someone was "certain" something was dead on when it wasn't. Not likely your new belt is "stretched" so I'd look at the timing marks again. A lot of people don't realize the engine slants to the rear so the crank mark doesn't point vertical but rearward.
