Default RX300 heating

I think I have a problem with my heater, but my service manager tells me there are no "error messages." The interior does not heat up properly in <30 degree weather. Maximum air temp in the ducts is 125 F; in my wife's LX-470, maximum air temp is 150! I can't believe Lexus designed a car with an inadequate heater. It is unable to keep the windshield clear during snow at 20 F.

Any thoughts?
Thanks!
