Trailer lights wiring question
Hi,
I have a 2001 RX300 and NONE of the trailer lights are working?
I hooked trailer up to my buddies truck and all the lights on the trailer function so I can rule out the trailer being the issue.
My car does have the towing package I assume because the 4 hitch wires connect right into what appears to be a factory grey plug located under a plastic case/shield under the spare tire.
From the factory grey plug it seems the wires go into another loom of factory wires.
I didnt see any fuse or anything.
Is there a Fuse on the car I can check??
What other things can I check ?
Im stumped.

Look under hood at the fuse box located on drivers side. It should have a 20 amp fuse top left hand side. You can confirm location by checking the guide printed on the inside of fuse box cover.
I am having the same issue (trailer has been ruled out). I checked my fuse box under the hood. I did see a 20amp fuse in the upper left region of the fuse box, but there was also an additionally an open, non-inserted spot where a fuse could fit in - this is not specified as anything on the fuse box cover.
Anybody?
