Yeah, Royal Purple ATF. I think it's in the similar to AmsoiI. know it was overkill to drop the pan and change the filter. I mostly did it to see what metal was on the magnets vs drain and fill. I just dropped the pan and changed filter, I didn't flush the lines.

The transmission shifted well right up to the end. So I'm figuring it was a pump issue from the sound it was making?

 

Is that sound during cold starts only?
If so, I think it's kinda normal. I mean sure, i guess it could be fixed, but I think most people live with or don't notice it.
I, myself, have had that noise for years and many told me it's normal haha
