Well first make sure you or your mechanic changed b1s1 and not b2s1 when i had code brought to mech. he said bank one sensor one is bad and pointed to sensor in front of car under hood.
Bank one sensor one is actually located between engine and firewall on passenger side about even with back or front pass tire.
be sure the connector is connected all the way.
If all those check out make sure new sensor is from toyota or made by denso. i have reqd about alot of issues using other brands one of those being the code. part number for denso is 234-9009 go to amazon.com they have it cheap. at your local parts store will run you a nice chunk of change
