Default Lock button on my remote doesn't work

My unlock button and panic button works fine (as well for the little red light each time I press either one)

But suddenly, my lock button doesn't work each time I press it. The red light doesn't show up either when I press it

So does this mean the only solution is to get a new remote key?

If the led does not light-up, replace the battery in the key.

What did you do to clean it? Open it up?

Yes. I opened it up. There is one philip screw on the button. The 3 buttons are enclosed together into a little "package". You can peel it apart, it's only glued together. Once you pull it apart clean inside.

I think I remember uploading pictures of it, a quick search might reveal them. I will look as well.
