Sluggish window
My driver's window is becoming sluggish, and occasionally stops on the way up, as it would if something was blocking it. I'm well versed on taking the door panel off from replacing the door locks--any suggestions on how to troubleshoot and repair the window problem?
You may want to take a look at the glass run (rubber piece along 3 sides of the window to which the windows fits into) and lubricate with lithium grease along the sides, https://www.clublexus.com/forums/6428003-post4.html
Thanks, lexmex. You are always quick to help. I used your very detailed article to R&R my rear struts.
Are the glass runs you are referring down inside the door? Do you also lubricate the exposed parts of the runs?
Also what is the "10 second reset instructions" mentioned in your post?

The glass runs are removable (rubber that runs around the periphery of the inside of the door that the window sits into as it rises up) (they're not cheap as I recall for being rubber).
Only thing I wished I had done better on that strut DIY was doing the top area of the struts (bearings and all), but didn't have issue at that time. I still need to clear up a DIY on brake pads and lubricating the slide pins (something I did, but forgot to show).
