Is it bad for the transmission that it's not shifting into OD? I mainly drive on the highway to work so it shifts to OD fine. I only have no OD when I'm driving in the city. My Lexus dealer ordered the parts and should be here tomorrow. Hopefully this fixes the problem. My car is now at 119k miles.

I'm also getting too lean CEL anyone know what I should do for that?

Fix the other thing first. Often times multiple CELs that include something like a lean error, even something like a knock sensor code and a P0171 lean error doesn't mean that the P0171 is an issue, but got triggered as a result of the knock sensor code. Fix the other problem first and then see if the lean errors come back.
