IF YOUR LOOKING TO RUN FOG LIGHTS, I GOT THE BEST WAY FOR U TO DO IT. GET A WIRELESS REMOTE CONTROL. THEY SELL THEM IN PEP BOYS. AND THEY ARE MADE FOR FOG LIGHTS. ALL THE CONNECTIONS GET MADE UP IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT THEN THERE IS A LITTLE REMOTE (LIKE AN ALARM REMOTE) THAT YOU PRESS THE BUTTON FOR THE LIGHTS TO GO ON OR OFF. NO WIRES TO RUN AND NO DRILLING THROUGH THE FIREWALL. AND ITS ONLY $30. ALSO SOLD AT JCWHITNEY. CHECK THAT OUT.,

Two good suggestions - the remote switch and the one from Salim about tapping the foggy wires that are already there... There IS one other option:
You can run the wires up on the side past the battery and through the hole where the hood hinge is - run it between the side panel and the innards of the RX, and the wires will come through the void that is there when the door is open... You can then press them tightly between the weather stripping/rubber seal, and run them neatly down under the dashboard and into that small utility box that hides the in-cabin fuses... This box is a PERFECT spot to install a foglight switch neatly, without drilling, and out of SIGHT!
If this is confusing, let me know and I'll try to offer a better explanation.
GOOD LUCK!
