Blackstone Laboratories Transmission Oil Analysis
15,000 miles ago, I changed the trans fluid in my 2000 RX300 AWD by draining + - 4 quarts, driving the car and repeating the process three times to maximize the new fluid. Toyota Type IV fluid was utilized. Then, after 15000 miles, I again drained the + - 4 quarts and sent a sample to Blackstone Labs for analysis. You can read the report and their comments here.

I have been having analysis done on different motor oils in the RX300 and will publish the results after my next oil change.

Awesome, good to see everything is looking good.
I've seen many oil analysis for 1MZ-FE on Bob Is The Oil Guy Forum, but can't recall seeing one for the U140 transmission.

If nothing else, the trans fluid analysis seems persuasive that the Toyota type IV trans fluid does a good job.
I was looking in that forum and could not find any UOA reports regarding 0W20 weight oils in the 1MZ-FE engine. Perhaps I missed them. But on my next oil change, I will have those reports to post as I am running the 0W20 Pennzoil Ultra at this time.
