Default Clock Resetting

I have read on here before that if your clock keeps resetting then it is time to change your battery. My clock had been resetting for over a month now and I have been through zero degree nights, 35 degree nights and no sign of battery being low. Does this sound electical or does it take a while for the battery to really die? I was thinking of just getting a battery no matter what.

Thanks

There will come that cold day when it won't start and you'll be standing there with a frozen tear on your cheek wishing you had listened to your clock...get the battery.

Yep...that is the tell tale sign of a dying battery.

I agree with the others, replace the battery.
