Default Heater not working

Looking for information on why heater will not work on 2000 RX300. Water temp looks fine. A/c and blower works fine. Checked fuse under hood, it looks okay. I know there are a couple servers that control the water and air, just not sure what I'm looking for (under dash). Any sugestions? Thanks.

This is a GS, not an RX, but it is a lot alike and it will give you a pretty good idea of where the servos are and how to deal with 'em. The glove box and the cover over the passengers feet are pretty easy to remove and then you can watch the 3 different servos operate when you move the mode control into the 4 different modes. You will probably find that the servo that opens the door to let the hot air in isn't working. it's easy to do a visual on it that way though.
