@ Dragular...

The exhaust can you buy sometimes on www.ebay.de from delta4x4 for 200 Euros or 915 euros without shipping. is one big box. with all parts and clamps.

i have the Kayaba Ultra SR with the Eibach -35mm springs. The suspension is very stiff, you feeel good the street, sometimes little to hard, its very sporty, but to drive in curves and roundabouts is great, the car is more stable, the steering is more direct, its funny to drive faster without have the feeling to get out of the street.

I think, only the Kayaba with original springs oder only the Eibach springs with original dampers are the best solution for comfort. both are very sporty.

@gazi001...

wow...its the same price as for the Lexus IS200 superchargerkit in Europe. The Kits from 2000, i think its too expensive, the car was end to build in 2003, but the kits are legal in europe to upgrade the RX, the are testet and legal for street. the tests are very expensive. a other solution is with a CT26 Turbo and DIY kit, but for this you need a upgrade transmission converter (dragon,..) i have seen this modification in a Camry with 1MZ engine. http://www.geocities.com/leunghomepage/CamryTurbo.html at home, i have the .pdf for install the superchargerkit from TTE, i will upload and post the link to show you.

here the link to my youtube vids from the IS Turbo, RX and some other meetings and cars http://www.youtube.com/user/Boergsnatwork

I was also reading the instructions file, and this came across as very interesting to those who have the AWD configuration.

Also, the intercooler location is precisely where I wanted to stick one on any turbo project, that's about the only real place to do it.

That's some very sneaky piping around the radiator to get the intercooler piping into place.

I'll have to study this more in-depth, as there are a few things, particularly the crankcase ventilation/MAF/airbox that are confounding me as to their placement in this system.

is not the best solution the kit, but good for start a project with a little bigger intercooler. we upgrade the intercooler in the IS200 with a 18cm high universal intercooler. The air is in the summer more cooler and the engine respons faster.

Today, i have again a failure. The transmission is ok, i fill a 1/2liter oil (the oil was of "LO") and the transmission shifting fine.

But a failure comes back. P0171 and P0174. I have read to clean the MAF and control the hoses under the air box to the cas cap. but what is the cas cap?

thanks

Tom

Gas Cap., that's where you pour in the gasoline.

The hoses are ones connected to the airbox. Sometimes they can become disconnected or get holes in them (from getting old).

The hose is on the back side of the airbox. For some reason I don't see it in this picture.

What kind of gas are you using?

MAF looks clean. Also you have to clean the red diode.

Hello!

i looked in my car. I have no hose on the backside of my Airfilterbox, only Input and Output for the air, no extra hose or hole. The next hose is from the front valve cover after the MAF Sensor. Or my European Version is differntly to teh US-Version. i controlled the other hoses, no holes, no hose not fixed.

her some pics:

Airfilterbox backside

maybe, i understand your decription wrong

Tom

Tom,

When the check engine light came on, what were you doing with the car, were you on a highway, how fast were you going, was it hot outside?
