Ok, I just spoke to my brother... He said that you have to get behind those plastic dewhikkies.. You have to go inside of the wheelwell plastic with a screwdriver and there are two prongs on those plastic pins.. He said if you can just push one in it should come out.... He also told my brother if I counld'nt do it, to come by Lexus tomorrow, But I have to work.. So I will try to setup a time when he can do it for me.... I will make sure I watch everything he does so I can give you guys step by step instructions...
