'99 RX300 Rear Window Washer Problem

I have a 1999 Lexus RX300, I recently bought it and the rear washer doesn't pump out and washer fluid. The fronts work fine and the rear is the only on giving me a problem. Anyone have any suggestions to fix this?

Few days rear washer fluid for my 2000 rx 300 doesnot come out. But today i cleaned the nozzle with pin and now the fluid come out. I will check how far it works? You could look up the following link and it has some pics:
