Default 02 sensor? has anyone changed it out?

has anyone changed out there o2sensor? i did not get a code on ob2 to change out sensors, but i want to change mine out anyways, i read my repair manual maintenance says might have to take rear seats out and pull rug up? when i looked under looks like it goes from drivers seat? how you take that rubber grommet piece out that holds wire on o2 sensor under neath car, and were does that wire lead to inside the car? any tips and step by step guide on how to get to it and replace , also what to remove and etc. thanks i don't want to wait until it seize so i figured the o2 and af sensors would need to be change someday so i figured id have them changed out thanks
ok i will just save my o2 when needed as lexmex pointed out af sensors where the ones that determine fuel consumption and performance of your overal engine... the question is what jack you use to lift this suv? seems like a standard one you buy the small one for 35bucks wouldn't lit it high enough is there a special jack you need to buy that will lift high enough thanks

Best advice is to do a search first, but if you don't find the specific answer feel free to ask.

As far as the O2 sensor, this is purely an emissions device, so don't fix it until it is broken.

My best advice for you is that please do not use your RX as a project vehicle. Do the regular maintenance, do the modifications you desire, and most of all enjoy the RX. Don't worry about all the things that can go wrong. Lexus brand vehicles are meant to be driven. When I say driven, not necessarily driven with enthusiasm, but surely with pleasure.

The sensor will be stuck even now. You can do more damage by doing the un-necessary thing.
